The event was organized by the United Academy Robotics Association in collaboration with the Robotics Association of Nepal, bringing together students, educators, and technology enthusiasts under one platform. Known as one of the best colleges in Kathmandu and Lalitpur, United Academy regularly promotes innovation, science learning, and practical education for students.
Held on February 27, 2026, at United Academy in Kumaripati, Lalitpur, the event became a lively platform where students explored robotics, programming, and automation while sharing their ideas with others.
United Robotics Fest is one of the major robotics events for students in Nepal, where young innovators come together to present creative projects, compete in robotics competitions, and explore new technology.

United Robotics Fest 4.0 was organized on Falgun 15, 2082 (February 27, 2026) at United Academy, Kumaripati. The event started in the morning and welcomed students, teachers, technology experts, and visitors from different schools.
The program officially began with an inauguration ceremony led by Dr. Kabiraj Bantawa and Narahang Rai, members of the United Academy Group's Board of Directors. They jointly opened the event and encouraged students to continue learning through creativity and innovation.
The presence of the Board of Directors highlighted the institution’s commitment to promoting practical learning and supporting new ideas among young learners.
<h2>Student Innovation at the Project Exhibition</h2>
One of the most interesting parts of the event was the robotics project exhibition by Grade 11 students. Students presented 18 project stalls, each showing different ideas and experiments related to robotics and smart technology.
Visitors had the chance to explore the stalls and interact with students who explained how their projects worked. The projects on display included:

Each stall reflected the effort and curiosity of the students. They explained their concepts, demonstrated how their systems worked, and answered questions from visitors and teachers. Some of the notable stalls included Clamp Hook, Patan College of Professional Studies (PCPS), Hub International, and Name Medical Institute, each attracting attention for their innovative solutions.
These projects showed how students can use science and technology to build practical solutions. The exhibition also encouraged other students to explore robotics and learn new technical skills.
The exhibition provided an excellent platform for students to share ideas, gain feedback, and inspire one another. Members of the Board of Directors of United Academy Group also visited the stalls, interacting with students and appreciating their creativity and hard work.

Another memorable moment during the robotics fest was the interactive demonstration with a humanoid robot from Foton Motors.
The robot demonstration attracted a lot of attention from students and visitors. Many participants gathered around to watch how the robot moved and interacted. It was an exciting experience for students who are interested in robotics and automation.
Seeing advanced robotics technology in action helped students imagine how robotics can be used in industries and everyday life. The demonstration also inspired many students to learn more about robotics and engineering.

While the exhibition displayed creativity and innovation, the competitive part of the event brought excitement and energy to the fest.
The Robo Soccer and Robo Sumo competitions were held at the futsal arena of the academy. Students from different schools participated with robots they had designed and programmed themselves.

In Robo Soccer, teams controlled their robots to push the ball into the opponent’s goal. The match required strong programming skills, quick control, and strategic planning.

Robo Sumo followed a different concept. Two robots competed inside a circular ring, and the goal was to push the opponent robot out of the arena.
This competition tested the strength, design, and balance of the robots. Students had to carefully design their robots to make them stable and powerful enough to win the match.

The formal session began at 11:00 AM, smoothly hosted by Sambhav and Riva. From traditional rituals to academic honors, the program beautifully showcased the academy’s values.

<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Opening Ceremony & Khada Distribution: The event started with Aasana Grahana and Khada Distribution conducted by the Student Council, creating a warm and respectful welcome for all attendees.</li>

In addition, over 16+ students have achieved a GPA of 3.8 or higher, reflecting the consistent academic excellence. On the 20th Magh, United Academy, Kumaripati, was filled with music and excitement as singers from different categories took the stage for the Singing Audition Round of the 12th United Talent Hunt. It was a day where talented individuals got a chance to showcase their passion for singing in both Senior and Junior categories. The event was filled with beautiful melodies, powerful performances, and a love for music.
 More than 65 participants competed in both Solo and Band performances. Each performer brought their unique style, making the event diverse and enjoyable. From soft, emotional songs to high-energy performances, every act was a display of hard work and dedication. The variety of genres, from classical and folk to modern pop and rock, made the competition even more exciting.
 We were honoured to have Mr. Kankaist Rai and Mr. Shantiram Rai as judges for the event. Their experience in music and fair judgment helped select the best performers while also encouraging every participant.
 The event was well-organized, thanks to the efforts of the organizers, volunteers, and technical team. Everything ran smoothly, ensuring that each participant had their moment to shine. The supportive audience made up of friends, family, and music lovers, added to the positive atmosphere, cheering for every performance.

The stage was set, the energy was high, and the beats were unstoppable! On 19th Magh, United Academy witnessed an electrifying Dancing Selection Round as part of the United Talent Hunt. With a massive turnout and enthusiastic performances, the event became a grand celebration of talent, passion, and dedication.
 
The competition kicked off at 9:30 AM, bringing together over 150 participants competing in the Junior & Senior categories for Solo and Group performances. With an audience of more than 170 people, including organizers, volunteers, and enthusiastic supporters, the event was nothing short of spectacular.
 A big thank you to our talented judges, Krishna Prasad Paudel and Pinky Khadka, for their valuable time and expertise.
 Every performance on stage was a testament to the hard work and dedication of our participants. From energetic group performances to mesmerizing solo acts, the competition was fierce, yet filled with the joy of dancing. The event was a platform where young talents could shine, express themselves, and showcase their love for dance.
 The event ran seamlessly throughout the day, thanks to the efforts of our organizers, volunteers, and technical team. The smooth coordination ensured that everything progressed without a hitch, and the competition wrapped up successfully at around 5:30 PM. A huge round of appreciation goes to all the participants for their amazing performances. Their passion and effort made the event truly special. Peace is not the absence of conflict rather it is the ability to handle conflict by peaceful means. Some of you might agree with the statement, while others may disagree, some might even choose to remain neutral. 
This happens because we all hold unique values, goals, opinions, and ideologies in our lives that are shaped by our upbringing, family, society, and the nation. In our personal as well as professional lives, we may encounter many people who do not always agree with our opinions. 
When individuals or groups hold conflicting opinions or interests, it can sometimes lead to disagreements or clashes—what we term as conflict. Conflict can range from minor misunderstandings to intense disputes, and its impact on those involved can be either positive or negative, depending on how it’s managed. 
Poorly handled conflict can lead to communication breakdowns, strained relationships, increased stress, and a negative environment. However, when managed thoughtfully, conflict can be an opportunity for growth, helping to stimulate and strengthen relationships and enhance the overall productivity of the organization. 
Conflicts often arise due to the following reasons: 
Misunderstanding Conflict can occur when the parties involved lack a detailed understanding of the situation, have limited or misinterpreted information, or are unaware of certain aspects of the issue. Conflicting Styles Differences in communication styles can lead to disputes. For instance, someone who speaks the truth but has a loud voice may come across as rude, or certain body gestures may seem aggressive. Such differences can escalate a simple conversation into a major conflict. Divergent Points of View Conflicts may arise when the parties involved hold differing opinions, interests, or perspectives on a matter. Situational Challenges Even the humblest individuals may find themselves in conflict due to situational pressures. Limited resources such as money, materials, manpower, or time can create chaotic and tension-filled circumstances. 
As a leader,r we often have to manage the conflict that happens in-between our team members. We need to intervene if the gap in the communication between the parties is increasing which leads to misunderstanding. We need to intervene when the parties are trying to pull legs of each other which will automatically lower the productivity and efficiency of the institution. And to resolve the conflict I always use the techniques of Active listening, Intervening only when needed, being empathetic, practicing positive interaction techniques
Active Listening A good leader should carefully listen to both parties and strive to understand their perspectives. Intervening Only When Necessary To prevent a conflict from escalating into a dispute, a good leader should step in only when it is essential. Being Empathetic Demonstrating empathy involves truly listening with both attention and understanding, showing that you genuinely care about the person's concerns. Practicing Positive Interaction Techniques Aim to steer the conversation in a positive and constructive direction. 
In handling conflicts in both personal and professional life, I apply all these techniques. However, above all, I prioritize staying quiet and calm, as aggression can escalate the situation unnecessarily. If I feel I can't control my anger, I take a sip of water, hold it in my mouth for a while, close my eyes, and then swallow it slowly. I use this technique because, in moments of anger, people can say things they might regret later. So, my friends, sometimes we need to swallow our anger and emotions to effectively manage conflict.
