Evaluation

Academic Scheme

UA values a hands-on approach to education, so we regularly evaluate our students. We conduct Chapter-wise Tests, Unit Tests, Class Tests, Terminal Examinations, Mock Examinations, and Send-up Examinations throughout the year. For students needing additional support, we offer extra classes, re-examination opportunities, and practical revision classes.

Our school believes in providing a comprehensive evaluation system that measures students' performance both inside and outside the classroom. Our evaluation system is designed to be fair and transparent, based on a combination of internal and external assessments. Here are what you need to know about our evaluation process:

■25% of the internal evaluation of the students is based on their performance from their internal work such as homework, classroom behavior, disciplinary activities, attendance, internal examinations, presentation, etc.

■75% evaluation of the student is based on their performance on written examinations.

75% I, II, and III Terminal (Send-up) Examinations and NEB class XI & XII Final Exams 25% Internal Evaluation

Evaluation Process

We affirm the value of a hands-on approach to education and recognize the importance of regular student evaluations. To achieve this goal, we have developed a comprehensive evaluation system that includes Unit Tests, Class Tests, and Terminal Examinations. Additionally, we conduct Mock Examinations and Send-up Examinations to provide our students with the necessary preparation for the National Examinations Board (NEB) exams.

For those who may need a little extra support, we offer re-examination opportunities and practical revision classes. Science students will have the opportunity to revise Physics, Computer Science, Chemistry, and Biology in preparation for their NEB Final Exam.

Management students will get to focus on subjects like Computer Science, Marketing, and Hotel Management, while Humanities students will focus on subjects like Sociology, Mass Communication, and Population Studies. We believe in giving our students all the tools they need to succeed.

To ensure a thorough assessment of our students' performance, UA maintains a comprehensive evaluation system that measures their achievements both inside and outside the classroom. Our system is thoughtfully designed to be fair, transparent, and based on a combination of internal and external assessments, providing a comprehensive reflection of our students' abilities.
